Could I still have edom even if my periods aren't painful. I am on the pill and periods aren't to bad. It's the rest of the month I have lower back pain and sharp pains in groin and twinges.

I didn't have bad periods to begin with either. However I found out this year at 21 that i had endo on both my ovaries and behind my womb. I was on the pill and barely had periods or any period related symptoms. I was in constant pain in my pelvis and occasionally back pain too which was just worse during my period with small cramps adding to the pain. My pelvic pain was debilitating at times. If you really struggle with the pain then do go and see your gp and mention endo to them because it doesn't always relate to your periods

Thanks for your reply. It's not overly painful. From the week after my period the pains start it's bearable but worries me that it's endo and I won't be able to have children. I'm going to come off the pill for a month to see if that changes anything
