i have been on prostap for 8 years my gyno took me of this and HRT in april i still have not had any bleeding or period systems just really nasty hot flushes and feeling really low in my mood just wondering how long it takes for prostap to stop working thanks x

No prostrap experience but I was on zoladex no HRT , after the initial 6 months when I had to have a break it still took 7 more months before I got my period and stopped having menopause symptoms

i am so hoping it is either out my system soon or can start taking it again as i am feeling terrible x

Hi hun I am current on prostap. I have now done 12 months and now also on HRT. They have confirmed happy for me to carry on for another 12 months with this taking away my pains. I was told prostap really is only suppose to be short term and I can see you was on this for 8 years? Was everything ok being on it for this long? Just worries me as dont want to have the major surgery but this is the only thing that's helped me so far. X

hi the only side effects i had were in the first month after that its been really good and helped me loads i really miss being on it. i was only meant to be on it a short while but as it was such a help they kept me on it. i wish i could start taking it again as my next step is major surgery x x

They told me can only be on prostap for 1 year but now said 2 years. If I'm not on this it's major surgery and to be honest don't want to go down that route just yet. The meds are fine so far so hopefully will stay like this. Where do you have the endometriosis? xx
