Can anyone recommend any vitamins, supplements or other tips to help with the symptoms of endo? In particular I need help with combating fatigue and constipation.
I don’t know if I have low iron levels (never been tested) but I do bleed heavily and can feel nauseous and light headed when I’m on my period too.

Hi vitamin D is a must as that tackles fatigue!! I don't really take any other apart from vitamin D but I also was low in iron and they gave my prescribed iron tablets which actually helped the heaviness of period and it was lighter than usual, still painful 🙄 however now I'm off the iron tablets and I have heavy periods again so it might be worth getting a blood test to check your levels x
Vitamin D has been a big help to me, my doctor suggest it but to take 1000ug to notice a difference. I also take a gentle iron, vitamin and mineral supplement as I am on and off anemic but find that just keeps on top of it
