Hi everyone,

I was just wondering what kind of exercise people do. I love working out, especially because I have a stressful job but exercise is so painful!

I have stage 3 endometriosis and has surgery in April but my left ovary is still embedded so when I do work out, it feels like it's pulling.

Any help would be really appreciated!

Sophie

Hi

I have had to stop doing anything high impact like running or step, but have found spin classes a reasonable alternative for now. I also do yoga but have had to move back to a beginners class as some of the stretches were just too much. I know people also think swimming is good, it's not something I enjoy much though. I have adeno and possible endo and am awaiting a hysterectomy. I can't wait to get back to my usual self!

Hope that helps.

Hi hun.

So sorry to hear that you are suffering from pain.

I can highly recommend yoga it has helped me no end.

When you are experiencing bad pain to stretch all you muscles our really does bring relief from pain.

I have recently purchased theses yoga tune up balls they are like heaven.

Basically you use these balls on the floor or the wall and you control the pressure and you can get deep in to muscles to help release the tension. I love these they are amazing.

I hope this helps hun and you get sorted soon
