I've had it since November last year, my experience hasn't been great but it has stopped the heavy bleeding! I get a little less pain but I think it gives me extreme lows and mood swings galore. My doc said people either love it or hate it, I'm

In between but I personally would give it a go if it's that bad get it out. I will say tho it takes a long time to settle in, you might get bad period pains after for while but if u can give it time x

It's worth a go. I wasn't keen on idea and tried it, the first 3/12 were tough especially my first period when I definitely didn't cope but it has got easier. I have irregular bleeding with it which is common in the early stages. I looked into before getting it and it seemed to be a 50/50 split where you either love it or hate it. Good luck

Talking in a very general sense, people are more likely to share bad experiences with things than good ones. I personally decided that the odds made it good enough to try. 50/50 or 70/30 (depending on source) may seem like a low chance of success, but considering it's one of the only minimally invasive procedures available, that's really actually pretty good going. Also the fact that knowing how you respond to something like that can help determine pathways for the future (especially useful for a chronic incurable health issue).

I also found this article really useful: endohope.org/2014/05/28/my-...

Thankyou fur everyone's comments its definatly swayed me to try it as I would do anything to dim down the pain i think you read up in things and it worrys you as im only 21 and don't want yo have problems later on in life because of the coil so has anyone just had the coil out in it had a removing of endo then the coil put it or will it dim the pain either way
