I have endo and pcos as well. I've been told by my doctor that I need to loose weight as my bmi is just above average. I'm 5'5 and wear 12-14 clothes, but that's mainly to cover my size f/g boobs!
I know what you mean by feeling like a blob! Try not to worry so much, it's something our bodies do to us
They tell us to lose weight so the symptoms are reduced but it's impossible x
Hi, have you tried the Endo diet? Try going glutenfree wheatfree dairyfree, soyafree for a month and see how you feel, I've lost weight doing the Endo diet.
I have gained weight the first round because I hurt too much to walk and exercise. I gained nearly 30 pounds. Then for some reason my endo quieted some after a year of being fat, and I was so tired of being fat that I started walking again. I started losing weight (about 25 pounds) and the pain came back full force. I had tried all kinds of birth control to try and stop the pain, but they had severe mental side effects that were not safe for me to continue. So I tried the depo shot. I gained 30 pounds and am peeved about this. I still hurt (after 10 months on the shot) and I still can't go for my walks or try and exercise.
I have to be gluten/wheat/soy free because I am allergic to wheat and soy. While I notice a big difference allergy wise, I notice nothing endo wise. So I am not lucky in that aspect. I am super tired of my pant sizes creeping up. And when I have mega bloat days, I feel all icky and blobbing over the top of my pants.
