Lap recovery??

Hi all,

I've just been given a date for the 19th December for my lap and to be fitted with marina coil. I was wondering what the recovery date for a lap is as it is literally right next to Christmas?

I had my lap done in June, and i think mine went as smoothly as possible. I was back at work 2 weeks later, but i did take things easy. I tried pushing myself and it did get worse, the pain was horrible, so just make sure you take 2 weeks off and properly rest yourself! Good luck Xx

hi, has my lap just over a week ago, it went smoothly, am walking though i do get a little tired and nap most afternoons but am fairly comfortable. am taking 3 weeks off but that is because of the job that i do.
