Yep, I often get about 3-4 days of intense nausea a month just like morning sickness. It's often after my period so I'm assuming it's caused by raising estrogen levels? Dunno. Mines just easing up a bit today but hardly eaten last 3 days. This endo seems to really effect my digestive system. When the nausea is bad I struggle to stomach pain killers which obviously doesn't help matters as I have pain every day. Things are getting so bad I wanted to start taking co codamol more but the nausea is stopping me. Hope you feel some relief soon x
Mine seems to come on when i need a wee, i then get really bad back pain / kidney pain, last night was so bad i had to take stronger painkillers than i usually would like too, which have left me completely drained today.
Yes frequently, but I am always sick as opposed to feeling sick so not sure the causes are the same but as already suggested Ginger is an excellent cure. Depending on how I am, I either take it fresh grated into Apple juice, or if I can stomach them then stem ginger biscuits.
