Worst nausea I have had, late period also!

My longest cycle last year was 42 days but usually they are between 22-37. It has been 44 days since my last period and I have been constantly feeling like i'm going to come on but then nothing. The nausea I am having is the worst I have ever had. I will wake up starving, eat something and then feel sick. It gets worse in the afternoon then again in the evening. Last night I had pain in my lower back, stomach, both thighs, private parts, felt like I was going to throw up and was dizzy all at the same time - anyone else get this?

Is there any chance you could be pregnant?

Just with a late period and nausea that's all.

Otherwise I'd arrange to see your GP maybe?

Sounds awful!

The thought did run through my mind as my husband and I had unprotected for a little before putting the condom on but he didn’t ... you know.

However I have heard that sore boobs are a major symptom of early pregnancy and I don’t have them. Plus it really feels like my period is on its way. I do usually get nausea before a period but it just seems to be really awful this month!

The nausea has stopped and now I am having brown spotting. I don't usually get this before a period but I assume it means it is close...!

Could you ask your GP to prescribe you some anti nausea tablets?I have ondansetron to take when the nausea hits as when it's bad I can't stand up with it.
