Terrible pain after 2nd lap...

Hello all, I had my second laparoscopy yesterday to find the endo on a major blood vessel meaning he couldn't treat it as the risk of it going wrong was too high. I had the mirena coil put in to hopefully help it. But when I woke up I was in agony, thought it was where there was a wound but there's nothing on that part of my tummy. The endo was found on my left side but this pain is on the right. I also have a lot of pain in the same area when I go to the toilet for a wee??? With my first laparoscopy, I was up and about the same day, a day later with this one and I can barely stand straight because of the pain. I was just wondering if this is normal?! Tia
