Today iv been out walking for a good few hours... And have now got excruciating period cramps and throbbing ovaries... On level the pain is In my back... Level to the ovary pain is this normal xxxxx

Oh.... I feel bad for you. I know EXACTLY how that feels. I have actually had to stop mid walk because it hurt so badly. And of course, no where near the end of the walk. It's the muscles rubbing up against the stupid endo spots and aggravating them.
