Endometriosis, Depression, Paranoia and in pain! Doesn't make a good patient! Not sure where to go from here....

I'm having a bit of a bad time just now, my anxiety and depression is playing up and now I have severe pain on my right side....which was the side I had 2 large cysts removed from the ovary. I've got the mirena coil, which was replaced in November last year. Since then I've put on about half a stone.....not sure if it's the coil, my tablets or a mixture of both. The problem is I'm an expat living in Spain and I've never had to have any intervention from the doctors here. I know that with depression they are pretty unsympathetic and just push tablets down your throat. I don't know what to do and I'm petrified that after being pretty dorman for the past 10 years that it's all flared up. What doesn't help either is my sister has just had a full hysterectomy and has a colostomy bag due to the damage the endo has done to her system. I'm paranoid and terrified that I'm also going to have to go through this. Can anyone help with any advice please?
