I had my op on the 6th of feb and felt quite good a few weeks after. I also stopped taking triptoroline at the same time.
However I've been getting lots of localised back, pelvic and hip pain with the addition of glut muscle and leg pain on the right. I also have noticed more fullness and heaviness in my tummy.
I also have large painless lumps at my incision points. So big they are visible with out looking close.
I have tried to speak to my gp but they are being useless. Has anyone else felt the same? How long did it take for your first period to start? I'm starting to worry that all the work that has been done has been undone in less than two months and the pain and surgery has been for nothing............

It sounds like you may have an infection. At the very least you should be checked out. Can you call the gynecologist that did the lap? Do you have a Gyn? if not, you need one. GPs are useless. After one of my surgeries I got an infection and it got so bad that I couldn't walk (all my girlie parts inside were so inflamed it hurt to walk) I thought everything was going to fall out. It turned out to be an infection. I don't want to alarm you but if you think you even might have an infection get to the hospital immediately - uterine infections spread quickly to the bloodstream. They were on full freak out mode when I came in. I was admitted immediately and put on a continuous antibiotic drip for two or three days. Plus pain killers.
