Does anyone have regular scans to keep tabs on their endo? Worried about conception.

I have been told that as mine is not to bad at the mo and after the treatment of my last lap the doctor said that there was no sign of endometriosis in my tubes or ovaries so conception shouldn't be an issue. I am just worried that when I am ready to have children a few years down the line that it will have got worse and it'll be to late. Does anyone have regular cans like once or twice a year just to check up on it and see how everything is? I only say this as last year i went from everything looking fine to 6 months later being rushed in to emergency surgery for a cystectomy that nearly lead to me having to have one of my ovaries out due to the extensive damage. I worry so much that if I wait a few years to have children so much could change in that space of time that I am not aware of until it is too late.

Anyone else going through similar things or have any suggestions?
