Hello, sorry I don't have the answers but I can totally sympathise with you on this one I have painful bowel movements especially leading up to my period the cramps and pain that it causes make me feel like I'm going to throw up or pass out or maybe both. I tend to go quite a few times in the day too now where as before once was enough ( I never feel that I have properly emptied by bowels) I had ablation of my endometriosis last tuesday and I'm still having bowel symptoms I'm hoping that they will settle but who knows its just another horrible symptom to put up with. What's ablation hun? I know how you feel completely! Mine used to be just painful when I was on my period. Now it's painful everyday and I too can go a few times a day as feel like I'm never fully empty. My tummys bloated all the time and as soon as I wake I feel like I need the loo straight away my belly hurts so much :(. My back is painful as he'll too due to the endo. I really need something to put me out this pain!

I know exactly what you mean. The only thing I found helped the teeeenist bit after having this for years was to wait for the urge and let your body do it (no straining). I have recently had my first lap to treat endo which has left my bathroom visits pain free. Its bliss. X

I've had a lap aswell just a diagnosis one. Was end of august mine and I recovered well. I still have allk of my symptoms though as they're not willing to do much. X

I know the feeling I paid to go private NHS just fobbed me off all the time. The above method kept pain to the shortest amount of time possible. X

I have never strained when opening my bowels. I always just 'let it take its course' kinda thing. Lol sounds so crude. X

Don't have any suggestions I'm afraid, but I too am up in the night and have severe stomach pains to the point I'm sick. I work shifts and that totally messes me up. I vary between not being able to go, and not being able to stop! Constantly bloated, too. It's awful, and you have my sympathies. 🙁
