Missing right ovary.

Hey everyone, I'm new around here.

I had my lap 3 weeks ago and got follow up in a week, they told me I had endo, alot of scarring and adhesions but also that they couldn't find my right ovary, has any one had anything like this before?

I had a 15cm cyst and the right tube removed in April they actually opened me up but didn't see the endo till I collapsed in pain and ended up in hospital again.

The last time my consultant did surgery, incidentally to remove my left ovary, she couldn't find my right ovary at all. But it does show up on ultrasound scans (with a lot of jiggling about with the proble!). It's just buried under masses of adhesions.

Yours is probably hiding too, at least during surgery

There was alot jiggling around with probe when they did the internal ultrasound, hopefully it is just hiding!
