I take 200mg a day and never noticed insomnia. It is great if you are on any statin and it helps keep your circulatory system in order lowering BP. The studies for kidney patients seem to all have beneficial results/

Thank you for your reply.i did read the same about this supplement.its good to hear that it is suiting you and no side effects.do you take it for bp control?.i do get tired at times due to my gfr being so low, egrf is 16.iv heard it can give you a bit more energy as well as help the kidney.im also focussing on my diet.i don't eat any foods that contain co q10..thought I'll look into it.im probably lacking in a lot of nutrients due to my current diet.its finding a balance which is tricky at times..

Hi, I have no idea about what you asked. My kidney doctor and I both feel it isn’t necessary to put more things in that kidneys have to filter. I stopped all vitamins, no protein drinks, etc. He says he does a green drink in morning, but all veggies, and a vitamin D.

HI Mr Kidney

It's rejuvenation-science.com.there are alot of articles with regards to this supplement.i am rather cautious.you're opinion would be greatly valued..thank you.

The link you provided is an online store that sells this product. In my opinion, they are not likely to offer a product for sale that they couldn't promote in some positive way. That would be counter-productive. That being said I did some further research and found an interesting article from The Mayo Clinic. For those that aren't familiar The Mayo Clinic is a world-renowned facility for health issues, especially those with CKD.

As you read the article, please note two important things. Number 1, it never mentions any benefits to someone with CKD. Number 2, as with many supplements it suggests that you not take it without first consulting with your physician(s).

Hope this helps.
