does Sertraline have an effect on your kidneys? I have a GFR of 62 and creatinine of 89 and suffer with anxiety but My GP has put me on Sertraline but I’m a bit apprehensive about taking it in case it affects my kidneys . Does anybody know anything about this please?

I would suggest you Google Sertraline and CKD and see what is out there.

Hi ya. I have one working kidney stage 2 CKD and have been on sertraline for years. I've never heard about any risk to your kidneys.
