Has anyone any experience on above supplement to lower creatinine?

I am 77 and all parameters are normal except creatinine which is around 2.0 since last 5 years.

Secondly wanted to know if for older patients does creatinine grow slowly?

I can't answer your first question, but yes, creatinine tends to slowly rise with age. That is why age is one of the variables used in the eGFR calculators.

Hello, I am taking both Coenzyme Q10 and Omega 3 Supplements daily. They have done nothing for my CKD or lowering my creatinine. However, I'm hopeful they help my heart health. And as someone else here said, creatinine tends to rise with age just as GFR tends to slowly decline with age. I did lower my creatinine 1 whole point by going completely Vegan-no animal protein of any form and exercising regularly. You sound as if you're doing well though if things are all good and steady. Follow up with your physician regularly and don't be afraid to ask them questions. Stay safe. Hope this helps.....
