Dance and DEXCOM

Last night, I went out to eat dinner and then headed to do some dancing. The entire time I was at the dance, the numbers on the receiver kept showing higher numbers or the word HIGH with arrows going sideways, angling up and angling down. This was a surprise to me since I had the same meal at another dance and the numbers then were much lower and I had to have a snack before the snack that was being provided for all the Participants that came. Not sure what caused the numbers to go up too much like that, but when I got up this morning, the numbers were back to normal and under 300 mg/dl.

This morning/afternoon, I will be going to a Community College to see the Students do a play and have lunch there. Hopefully, there won't be a repeat of last night's weird numbers after eating. Will see what happens and let you know soon.

How's everyone doing today?

What did you eat in the dinner? And whether the portion size was small or large.

If your sensor was ok and you don't doubt your Gadget , it the body at times behaves and responds differently under a set of varying internal metabolic conditions and also depend upon one's mental conditions such as ones mood, stress level, anxiety, mental status, which in turn could create varying Harmonal conditions.

It was more protein than carbs., but I guess the stress of a few things added to the numbers.
