Got my copy from DRWF & read today, I always pass it on to other people I know with diabetes so they can learn of the good work that is going on.

That is very kind of you. Our survival with this condition requires us to become educated, involved and remain as healthy as we can to be able to do the things we desire. Eating sensibly, staying fit and self-monitoring our condition, questioning our failings and abnormalities and seeking advice from those with certain experiences helps us to maintain ourselves. I do the same whenever possible. That is why we are a good community.

I have been T1 for more than 51 years & STILL learning about the condition. BG is different every day & I don't think I have ever had a pattern ? Knowledge is King ! Tks Ifn 1
