Hi Skertchly ,

When you have tea and coffee, do you add anything to it? 😀👍

Thank you for letting me know. Do you add milk, as well? Milk/creamer has some carbs. in it/them. 😀👍

Hidden ,

When you multiply 18 X 20, the blood sugar is 360 mg/dl.

The readings on my Lantus strip metre range between 17 and 28. I don’t know in mga. I’ll ask

If you take the result that you get in mm/ol and multiple by 18, then it'll give you the conversion to mg/dl results (example: 18x20= 360).

Mid 20's....is that constantly?!

I feel awful being 20 evey once in awhile! 😧 I would imagine thats why you are thirsty. I would seek help from a diabetes nurse or GP somehow if I was having lots of this. My range is between 3.8-10.
