I kind of forgot to mention that I had retinopathy issues and I lost the sight on my right eye and it's a miracle according to doctors that my left eye is still functioning despite extensive damage inside. I'm not sharing this to gain sympathy, but I thought I should share. Thank you.

When was your last appointment with the retina specialist?
August. I see them every 6 months.
I go to one every 6 months, as well. I need to go to mine in January next year.
Lol mine is in February. If you don't mind me asking what do they check for ?

I do! I've been told that it's stayed the same for some time now. I'm 36 yrs. old, but the Retina Specialist says that I could be a diabetic that has had diabetes for 10 years! I've had diabetes for most of my life.
