  • can i have dry fruit like kaju and badam for diabetes

  • Badam and akhrot is OK. You can snack on these but unsalted and non-fried. However Kaju may be avoided

  • kaju never. Always look for carb content of what you eat as a diabetic:

    Peanuts, Almond, Walnut mixture is best for snacking. All unsalted.
