Check ur microalbimunuria .....!!

Dear friends from my experience the first step in preventing from the attack of diabetic nephropathy check ur microalbiminuria atleast once in six months .In case of a long term diabetic, please do not panic about kidney failure, etc as long as ur sugar level is controlled along with ur bp. i am a type 1 diabetic( past 33 yrs), suffering from the presence of micro albimun in my urine tests that was very high when diagonised past 6 yrs , but its true that i keep it under normal even now . the only preventive measure is control of sugar and bp (taking tablets for bp). And i am on insulin 4 shots a day, lanctus and novo rapid. I am sharing this cos some doctors do feel a diabetic is a nephro only after their creatine level has risen but at that time the kidney has lost its 50% management. Even after a long term treatment they never ask us to check the preliminary tests before the advanced stage of any illness attack us. so dont wait for the doctors to advise just go and check ur microalbuminuria. its a urine test in which an early morning sample should be given .Thank u all.

Hi Lokendra , its nothing to be panic k. see now medicines and faccilities are so muched improved than the days that i started being a diabetic. if u trust the cost of insulin was only rupees 11 a bottle k. no disposable syriges or thin needles and still i am among the fittest. see the treatment one takes depends on ones financial back ground, as i am not aware about urs. Diabetes is a sickness that is exposed only after the patient is a victim for some period. so naturally some people has the after affects and then they know that they are diabetic. now do not worry about what has happened k. just do the right treatment for that from a good eye hospital. then ur enquiry about insulin pump or injection, if i advice i say its injection. first you must know whether pump or injection the medicine is the same that is insulin. Then second financially injection is far more cheaper. next one should be aware of safe guarding and monitoring oneself so if injection ur injecting urself and u can regulate the dosage according to ones self monitoring. See i had my diabetes at the age of 12 , now i am 45 and the mother of two children. my daughter is 22 and my son is 19. they all are fine . i am a hard working woman thats one of the positive for a diabetic. then i was born from an average family so we have to be more caring and concerned about our health, see we know we have such a problem so its better we care and avoid future consequences. one born of richness can find it much easier to manage a diabetic body than one from an average or poor family. its an expensive sickness. but think there are many with more health problems and poverty so, first think i am lucky than the rest let me live beautifully the years or moments ahead. All living beings once has an end so do me too ,then why bring unnecessary tension increase ur sugar then ur tiredness and feel sick, pls dont k. Anytime u can msg me, i will sure dedicate some hours at night for my diabetic friends and parents of juvenile diabetic patients ...hope u will be fine with this little words of love and care, god bless u.

Loar please dont think of anything that will harm us or others. god has given all life and we have to live. think about others who suffer more than us. Life is better when we endure our hardships cos lining easy is possible to all but enduring hardships is possible only to the fittest. loar please write to me what u tke cos each one has different medication to follow if u want to know more please dont worry i can help u with my invisible support and care. only if i know i can tell u what to do next or what changes you may need and u can tell that to ur doctor and take care. suicide is never a remedy for anything its failure in life k. take care.
