Rightly said consult a good diabetologist. He will get all base line investigations done and will chart a course of action to control your diabetes. But a regulated life style,no smoking some daily work out for you is necessary. Your diet must be controlled with usual restrictions,

Hello 24 years friend. I will give you my personal experience, probably this will relief you tension.

if you relief tension, you are likely to enjoy

 * longer healthy life *, ( GOD BLESS YOU ) than a man who is not diabetic. If you want to make sure about this statement, Ask your consulting Physicians.

 For this,

You have to tune yourself to body's system.

1-  requires early morning  walk to get fresh air for 30 minutes, atleast.

2- instead of 2-3 meals in a day, change to small quantity to eat  4 to 5 times.

3- Drink plenty of water, avoid completely any other drinks.

4- Soak almonds ( badam ) in water in nights and after morning walk, eat 7-10 kernels only. This will control blood sugar going up peak level.

5- Sleep well atleast 6-7 hours.

DONT touch tobacco - nicotine products.

Cheers...

Hello, Sorry to get involved. Diabetes is incurable but can be controlled. You need to have a balanced diet and strict exercise regime.

Personally since I'm not a doctor, I cant refer what to do/not - But can help you get connected to senior diabetologist in India. (Most are ex-army specialists) - Hit on cureyo.com/treatment-catego... or call 08039511708.

P.s : got referred by a member/cousin.

In my personal experience, LCHF is preferred in diabetes but we can eat everything within limited quantity. Like i eat sweet, gajar halwa and rice sometimes, taken no medicines and checked my sugar level after 30 min and 2 hours, it were found in normal range. i.e FBS 97, PP 95 after 30 min and 129 after two hours. I walk daily 4-5 kms. Your observations are welcome.

Hunger is the important yard stick to cure diabetes. Four hours after every meals you should feel hungry. if not reduce food quantity and find out your optimum food requirement by trial and error method. Take everyday fasting for 12 hours. ie, If you take dinner by 9PM take the next day breakfast only after 12 hours ie , at 9AM.(Please don't miss your three meals a day habit). If your dinner is earlier or later adjust the timing accordingly by maintaining the gap of 12 hours between dinner and next day's breakfast , which will also help you to get a GOOD night sleep as well. This method will help you to remove toxin from your cells naturally which is very vital to cure Diabetes.
