Only 5 pages. In page 5 a photo gives compassion.

Controlled diet, eating habits and exercise can help to control type 2.

Controlled diet, low carb food and avoiding free sugar food and drinks.

There are so many ways we can try to control blood glucose.

Eating habits, eating times. This is by changing the what we eat for evening meal to lunch time and have simple meal in the evening before 8 PM.

Check HbA1c before controlled diet, check after three months for HbA1c.

HbA1c number can increase with age, please discuss this with your doctor.

Please check with your doctor before any change to your diet plan!!
