Animals have been following the same ‘life style’ all along!
They search for food and consume them uncooked at source fresh! Any one cattle left under open grazing in the ranges never heard of suffering from any deficiencies similar to Type 1 or 2! Their life style goes on the way it started.
We human, In the name of civilization have given up all the physical exertions weather for searching foods , sheltering, procreation anything you name it-----all the evils we are suffering from are our own makings.
The ‘marketing’ in its highest forms is able to convince the market ‘what is bad’ as ‘not bad’- .....the fast foods, cosmetics, exercise equipment’s … and the like to substitute the ‘original endowments given to human’ ……and finally the role of IT…. You simply move your eye lids only--- it is done.
Its destructive path seems irreversible!
Things like, eating late, to much sugar, drinking , & not moving about every day does not help. Less carbs do less damage
