I had found some foods .kindly correct me if iam wrong. 1. Kheera 2. Tomatoes. 3 Skim milk without sugar. 4. Pulses 5. Vegetables excluding grown inside soil 6. Apple Orange . 7. Nuts kindly correct and provide other foods.

You can have full cream milk ,about a cup in place of skimmed milk . Pulses and grains you should have in limited quantity only .The rest of your meal should consist of green and low carb veggies the list of such veggies is available on net. If you restrict your carbohydrates to about 100 gms /day you can snack on nuts like almonds, walnuts. pine nuts ,coconut flakes,roasted peanuts , melon, pumpkin or sun flower seeds .You can also have restricted amount of fruits such as guava, apple (half) ,strawberries,orange papaya etc. for drinks you can have green tea ,neebu paani (no sugar), bullet proof coffee, normal tea or coffee without sugar and soups made of tomato ,spinach or mushrooms or chicken with a scoop of butter or cream .Having an omelette fried in ghee or butter is also a wonderful idea to drive away hunger pangs as eggs have negligible amount of carbs.Please go through old posts of senior users like Cure , Shashikantiyengar , suramo etc. to know more

I fully agree with concerned.most of the natural fats found in nature are good for health except few.one has to select this.Thanks.
