I am afraid I will not have time to make this breakfast!, may be scrambled eggs or 2 x brown toast.

What is the carb on the toast shown.?

Low Carbohydrate High Fat diet may reduce blood sugar level and HbA1c level and can effectively control Type 2 Diabetes. But in the long run, high fat diet may cause coronary artery disease.

We all need work, life and food intake balance. My father and grand mother only had one good meal a day. They did not have cholesterol or blood glucose problem but other health problems. Now days there is plenty of food but controlling the eating is the big problem.

no qualified physician or diabetologist or nutritionist has approved high fat diet for diabetics

.it is even unethical to advise knowing fully well that it will harm the diabetic in the long run.

The low carbohydrate advise also is inappropriate and should actually read as "No sugar" instead

no harm in including low non sugary carbohydrates as in whole grains

Doctors who develop, new diet plans write a book and make money!

Eating small quantity of freshly cooked food do help with human problems.

Read LCHF story in this link: fatisourfriend.com/lchf-who...

I will stick to eating small portions of balanced diet three times a day, like mt father and many relatives.

no need to read LCHF stories when you are aware of the actual facts

I would agree if not for the fact that whole grains are loaded with sugar. Our foods have changed over the years, and sugar is basically in all foods, including fruits, as the process of bringing them to you requires them to freeze them for about 11 months , and the sugars multiply whilst they are being stored. Always a good idea to eat only from local farmers and only fruit in season.
