Sir,first i want to congratulate you on curing your diabetes with effortful way of your own and for your humble nature of guiding people to eliminate this terrible diabetes in the society.
I have been strictly following your LWMDR since 2 months and have seen significance improvement on my blood sugar both FBS & PPBS. Now my BS is in normal range. I usually take cooked amaranth or quinoa about 2 table spoons and 2 cups of veg curry for lunch, if i ingest a bit more than 2 table spoons of this complex carbs my PPBS goes around 210mg and if simple carbs like white-rice is taken my ppbs goes beyond 240mg.
Even just a single multi grain roti shows 210mg so my doubt is - Is it normal what is going on with me concerning my lunch OR should i stay on very low carbs? I haven't been under any medication till date.
so please request you to kindly share your past experience about your lunch. I'm eagerly awaiting your kind advice.
