Please read my post on this already I have experienced a severe allergy after using it and thrown 2 pack into dustbin useless and worthless both can be the definition of BGR 34

Is not it a lesson for us that before advising anything to others,inside/outside the forum, we must find out hidden facts about that thing?Otherwise,learners will waste their time and money and they may arrive at the health risk.

Sharing of own experience is the best way of helping others,however we are different in many respects and we can not find exactly the same result but we can have similar results.I agree that we can not experiment about all things and also science is dynamic but we can find out hidden facts using other sources.

You do whatever you find appropriate. People are not blind to follow whatever is written in my posts. I haven't advised anybody personally to all forum members here to use this medicines as if I have prepared this medicine!

You keep on finding hidden facts or experiment...with things and then post here to help others.

I am here to seek help first. Don't give advise to me on what should I do or what I shouldn't because you are not the RIGHT person to do so.

Please stay away from me and my posts. I don't like overwise person.

BGR 34 is like umbrella treatment….it is mixture of many ayurvedic herbs…

It is possible that some ppl may have reaction…but does this not happens with other allopathy medicines??

Efficacy of medicine is always dependent of diet you take….There are many members around they are on insulin still uncontrolled sugar.

So for to check proper effect… BGR-34 should be checked with proper diet.

Here,in general people advice publicly.And,the question is who will like to take advice from a learner who is lacking of knowledge and experience too?

You keep on finding hidden facts or experiment...with things and then post here to help others.

It is responsibility of every member that before advising any thing to others they must check it.Otherwise,they may ask other's opinion.Lucky,our newly appointed volunteers are experimental and they do not advice anything without knowing the hidden facts.

Mr. cure Low carbonate diet is enough for T2 there is no need BGR 34 or else. Good physical movement with correct diet is the best control of T2 apart from this I want to warn what ever TV channel telecasting late night on so many miracles all are falls promise their aim to sell one time to us as we may convinced to try one times at least if we add 1X 50% T2 in India they do not need to do business for that product and one campaign is going on that same product coming in different name next time to make us fool again and again.

Mr basudev...agreed...diet is first thing to be modified...However there is something called last mile help...and herbs are suppose to be your best friends in that last mile....

Agree Mr cure herbs are suppose to be your best friends in T2 in their original for of use and not in process form like BGR 34. if anyone can collect raw herb dried or green it will definitely help but mus not be considered a cure and if diet is uncontrolled no pathy or herb will be beneficial. my experience is good control on diet (***carbohydrate ***) and yoga and pranayama + herbs use in rotation manner is now more comfortable for, means any anti diabetic we may continue 7-10 day that we should use another and must in original form dried or green. soaked water/green juice is better that powder form of herbs.

But unfortunately many ppl...(even Ayurveda students) are not acquainted with green herbs in original form...

Very few knows and could get herbs in original form....

Take instance for Gymnema sylvestra (Gudmar)...its abundantly grown as road side herb....very few know and could identify it in original form....

Ashwagandha...(withania Somnifera)...hmmmm you will surprise... it grows as roadside shrub in my city.... no one knows....

So we go for such things....

But it is good if you can get it in green and original form...use them...

I use same....(original form)
