BGR-34

Those who been trying this please post yr findings here for benefit of others. Those who do not know about it please do a Google search.

I had an accident, do not exercise or walk much. My BS was upto 470.

Now it is 88-170.

I restrict my carbohydrates though the limited qty could have some basmati rice, precooled in fridge and then warmed, same way potatoes, occasional chocolates, Biscuits, occasional hot chocolate, fruits.

I use Cow's ghee liberally, virgin coconut oil/ safflower oil/ mustard oil/ sesame oil/ rice bran oil to balance the fatty acid profile.

I was waiting for BGR -34 to come to the market after hearing about it on NDTV. Having it since 30 days now. I also have also restarted leaves of Insulin Plant ( Costus Igneus) , paneer ke phool one by one. My appetite has reduced significantly, feel less sleepy unlike before, very happy and in good mood.

My allopathic meds are reduced much.

Since my eye doctor asked me to bring immediate control to BS I had to act fast. Since I am not professional doctor I am unable to identify a single factor. Since my condition was first detected in 1997 and I lived life of indulgence, I had to act. LCHF diet is absolute must, other steps helped my sedentar life style.

BTW I think walking is not a cure, it helps burn some glucose in blood. Solution could be diet, improving metabolism with BGR-34 and helping the pancreas through Insulin Plant and Paneer Doda.

I am not a doctor and just put my experience for public info. Will like to avoid debate or tele calls as I have withdrawn into spiritualism.

On this forum I will try to help.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.

This is not LCHF if all you are doing is increasing fats whilst still eating a lot of carbohydrate. If you are diabetic and think you can indulge in the above you are on a hiding to nothing.

Thank you Mike. You are right. If I was perfectly right I would have given up my medication which i have not been able to. Please advise what is the best. I am sure many many will benefit besides me.

Just go here, absorb the information and apply it.

The main problem you and all others considering LCHF is giving up the carbs that have made you diabetic in the first place. I know there is cultural pressure and it may appear daunting but it's just a matter of adjustment.

Let's face it, you would have no trouble whatsoever if I were physically holding a gun to your head, and when you contemplate the bleak future of someone with unregulated T2 that is exactly the reality of what you are facing!

I am using BGR 34 for last one month. It has to be taken in addition to existing medication. I have noticed that the blood sugar level has come down slightly abt 15 to 20 points. However it can be confirmed after long term use and checking of Hba1c. For this I will have to use it for some more time say another 2 months.
