Lchf breakfast options:
Moong sprouts
Cooked non starchy veg one or two types of veg
Cooked Palak with ghee
1 cube cheese
VCO 1-2 tablespoons
One cube butter
Cooked rajma or kidney beans
One small dosa made of sprouted moong with parboiled brown ot red rice. Have with coconut chutney. Gun powder with ghee and or with sambhar with non starchy veg and ghee few teaspoons
Over night soaked walnuts and almonds
Sprouted fenugreek
Afternoon lunch. Small qyt of brown rice. Cucumber + onion salad. Cooked veg with coconut grating garnished over it. Add one cube cheese and also ghee in rice
Snacks: peanuts and almonds or walnuts.
Dinner as above in lunch.
Stop all sugar and use only stevia drops.
Progress slowly.
I have now eliminated grains in BF and lunch.
Small qty of brownrice + Quinoa + moong sprouts with chutney powder made of coconut with ghee and one or two cooked veg.
Night: half cup milk with Malai and 1-2 teaspoons haldi and ghee
Morning at 6. Green juice made of bitter melon and Amla with options of adding ginger, curry leave ' alor vera etc
Progress gradually.

If you can take eggs then best. I have 2 boiled or fried in vco in BF
He is asking for LCHF diet which is vegan. But, i see non-vegan diets posted.
sorry, my mistake.
I am vegan since 6 or more years, but still diabetic. I did not take proper care, eating all the good fruits, sweets and no exercise.
But, I started on LW a year back, my BS became normal, and medication reduced, but a1c was less only by a notch. i was still not doing any exercise and when attending any social function, I am still consuming sweets.
So, vegan diet is not the culprit, but, I would say, lack of exercise and occasionally eating sweets.
Till I get to start exercising and kick out the sweet-tooth, i will always be under meds.
hoping to do that one day.......................
