Please guide me how to follow standard LCHF diet to control diabetes type 2. List me which eatables contain LCHF. How much Quantity should I take ? Now I am taking Metformin500 mg after lunch. Half tablet after dinner at night. Morning I am taking ragi powder Java as breakfast. At night cooked wheat mesh as dinner. In the morning I am doing 45 numbers of brisk walk. Even though my fasting glucose is 198 & postprandial is 266. Please guide me to control diabetes.
