You need to change your diet then you can have benefits of exercise and walk.
What are your FBS,PPBS,RBS and HBA1c?
2 KMS/DAY IS LITTLE,YOU SHOULD WALK IN THE MORNING BETWEEN 4-5 KMS,AND 2-3 KMS IN THE EVENING,NOT NECESSARY AFTER DINNER.
Hi .I M a newly diagnosed pre diabetic!!! My fbs 126.PP 162&&Hb1ac 7.1. Not on medication as I fall in pre diabetic category!!!!.
Have been following this forum for a month or so &am quite a fan of the posts.knowledge &information being shared.
Have tried to follow LCHF Diet may be in my own naive way.am from north india so simple carbs like roti &rice are a staple diet but am giving up on this also.
My b.ast usally is millet porridge with curd from full creme milk with one egg (any form boiled .poached or veg.omelet )
Lunch 1/2 ka torii of boiled rice.with kadi .simple .besan &curd variety&a platter of saute vegetables like egg plant .capsicum.brocilli.mushroom onions etc.
Dinner is just 1/2 a multi grain roti with simply prepared Lauri or tori ki sabzi with half a cup of full creme milk
For snacks I take almonds.walnuts.h cottage cheese sprout dal
Fruits I take pomegranade.papaya sometimes water melon
Take Lassi regularly
I Don.t know weather I .M on correct course be cos with the same type of food sometimes my glucometer makes me happy by showing a Pp of 114 &today exactly after the same lunch of kadi. Rice &vegetable platter it is 141
I Don.t know what &how to do it
Pls help.

Yes .I agree.point well taken sir .pls answer my question also&guide abt the diets u have been following &have come out a Winner .
Am I on right track &sugar fluctuates on the same diet.pls advice abt my diet
