Diabetes type II

Suffering from diabetes type II from last 15 years and was taKen several medicine and started to take Lactose 3mg(once after lunch) and Gilimary 3mg twice (morning before breakfast & before dinner) but my blood sugar levels is not in control. What I have to do?

Body looses the sugar control mechanism from some problems in the pancreas,which secretes insuline to maintain the sugar control mechanism in the body.By only some supplements you may not be able to control your sugar.You need either sugar consuming/utilising mechanisms o/ be operative.Medicinces are needed.Consult a good Diabetologist.t

I also faced similar situation for over 30 yrs. Last one year I have started Ayurvedic medicines with good results. Why not try Ayurveda ?

Anup ji, Thanks for your assistance. Today is the 6th day without any medicine after 16 yrs . of taking medicine for diabetic-2. I am on LCHF and Egg diet.

Anup Ji, Please advise me the maximum limit of Calories and Fat per day. I started LCHF/Egg Diet on Nov.11th and have lost about 12 Lbs. so far despite few mistakes in the diet. I need to lose 18 lbs. more according to weight/Age Chart on google.
