I have been told My sugar levels are high and I am diabetic. My fasting sugar is 130 and post fasting is 230. I am still hoping to control my sugar levels by diet and exercise. Is it possible?

You can by two ways:

(1) Go to doctor and add more drugs. This cycle will continue till you reach insulin shots. As time passes, insulin shots will also increase. Even then you will be forced to be happy with 6-7 A1C and a few pills for LIPIDS, blood pressure etc.

(2) Switch to LCHF diet, reduce drugs and even then manage to hit A1C of 5.6 or lower. Though a very small number of people who do not understand or follow LCHF will rant against it, but none of 400+ who live by it have complained, because many have even gone of all drugs for sugar control.

You have two options, (1) go to a qualified diabetologist and follow his advice, get your blood sugar under control and live a quality life. (2) Follow the advice from some ,who have personally nothing to loose, good or bad, it is you who have to suffer.

LIFE IS YOURS,HEALTH IS YOURS,SO DECISION IS ALWAYS YOURS.

My Personally suggestion try long wheat. Earlier my FB was 125 and PP was 179 when I doagnosed as diabetic. But now my FB is around 84 and PP is around 100 always without intake of single medicine. There is nothing more you have to worry about your health after the use of Long Wheat.

The discover of Long Wheat is Mr Shooter George who had cured his diabetes with in three years of Long Wheat Consumption. Follow his posts in thi sforum and you can find all the solutions what you want.

Thanks

Sir, Mr Saxenaen is right. But you can not locate LW in small cities. So better follow LCHF and live happily.Reduce drugs phase wise.I am now totally free from medicine.I was DM-2 patient since 7 years.See sir, have a management regime and experiment your self.If you fail follow what your Diabetologist advice. Thanks.

At least I got good results with LCHF diet . I have made my own diet chart and got encouraging results. You can see my posts for diet. Expert people give opinion on results of LCHF diet. You can follow it for a week and based on results you can decide.
