LCHF diet suggestions pls


I have started on LCHF but its good in breakfast and dinner I hardly take any carbs but for lunch I always feel very hungry even after a good low carb meal so I started taking roti again in lunch but it affects my BS so bad that I always get more then 150 BS after lunch can anyone suggest what to have in lunch that will feel full and also won't affect my BS as much

  • Hi meetu77 thanks alot that forum is good help I came to know about resistance starch n so many food option along with it thanks so much now my BS is well under control

  • Try Khapli Wheat for making roti. Or Brown Rice with green veg.
