Egg can increase blood cholestrol..

I am 48 years old already heart patient and diabetic also I always avoid eggs but few days ago I swiched to lchf diet its decrease my bs in normal control, I decreased carbohydrate and increased protiens fibers and fats intake. so I started one eggs daily with morning tea, I affraid it will increase my blood cholestrol plz help me ....
