Magnesium & C/L Constipation

I have always taken my magnesium citrate before bedtime for a consistent movement the AM. Now I've started taking C/L Levodopa at bedtime. I know if I take the Mag and CL together the CL will be diminished. I'm having trouble working the heavy intake of Mag into my daily routine/intake of CL/Other meds. Help?

Yes. HDT = high dose thiamine. Cured my constipation also.

What leads you to believe magnesium interferes with C/L?

I thought if I took the mag too close to the CL it may hinder proper absorption. Can I take both at bedtime?
