I want to get topical magnesium to see if it helps with foot dystonia. Anny suggestions for brand or type?

Topical magnesium suggestions?
I have never noticed a difference in the commercial products I have tried, so when I was buying commercial products, I generally just went with best price. There are many commercial choices and they all make big claims to be very good for one reason or another, but none provide proof of how they have outperformed other mag oil products. The prices are all over the place. Considering what it is made from, they should all be very cheap, but with all the fluff that they throw on their products, of course the price gets over inflated. Making your own is the cheapest way to go if you find it helpful, but just one commercial bottle will let you determine effectiveness and requires a relatively small initial outlay. If it works for you, save the spray bottle it comes in to refill with your home made batches. It can also be helpful for arthritis and other aches and pains as well as swelling, sprains and fibromyalgia to name just a few.

Wow, Art. What a post, so much helpful information. I'm hoping for the best, I ordered some from Amazon.
Great question and replies. Here's a recipe to make your own wellnessmama.com/5804/magne... Whilst I find magnesium "oil" helpful, I find I get the best results with magnesium citrate capsules or powder plus magnesium oil both for myself and a good friend who has PD (I don't). I take 1500 mg mag cit / day (more if I feel stressed) and often use the spray at night as well as keeping it by the bed for emergency use (cramp). If I get nighttime cramp I tend to inmcrease the mag cit again - buyt gradually, in case of diarrhoea. Remember other things that help magnesium absorbtion - selenium, Vit D..
Try ancient minerals magnesium oil (spray type) . It is very effective for me.
I have found that CBD Oil is my miracle to get relief from foot dystopia.
