I follow the suggested dose ... 3 capsules daily of Life Extension Neuro Magnesium L Theonate. I take them around 5 days a week.

My current dose of B1 is a total of 500 mg daily, 6 days a week.

I take it every night to help with restless leg and for cognitive support.

Hello, does anyone have any new experience to share with magnesium L-threonate? It is said to cross the blood brain barrier unlike other forms of magnesium but when I read the research it appears inconclusive. If it relaxes muscles to alleviate RLS, etc as other forms of magnesium do, then might as well I suppose but it would be great to hear if anyone has experienced any cognitive benefits from it.
