Does anyone have any tips on what foods are best for people with Microscopic Colitis & what helps ease the cramps?

Sorry you haven't had any replies, and I am not going to be of any real help. You see, there is no diet that fits all. Regarding food and colitis what suits one person will irritate another. It is trial and error and working out which foods trigger a flare up. Good luck.

I wish I knew Cassidy. I think everyone is different. I only know I cannot have a lot of milk. But even without it, I still get flare ups. It’s quite difficult to pinpoint!
