Blood test results - Monocycte count above range and Eosinophil count below range. What does this mean?

Does anyone have much knowledge or experience of this? My blood test came back fairly normal other than three things:

Monocyte count is above range = 0.92 (0.2-0.8)

Eosinophil count is below range = 0.05 (0.1-0.4)

Plasma viscosity is also below slightly = 1.47 (1.5-1.72)

I've tried to research these things and I don't think there's anything to be concerned with - the only thing I can see is that the monocycte may be high if I'm fighting an infection or an autoimmune disease. But I'm really struggling with not getting anywhere with the NHS and I've been struggling for years now so am clutching at straws to figure out what's wrong.

Has anyone else had high/low levels show up? Did this indicate anything for you?

[Some background = I have had stool tests, a manometry, a flexible sigmoidoscopy, a transvaginal ultrasound, an MRI and a laparoscopy. They've ruled out possible endometriosis and IBD using the stool test only. There's a possibility it could be Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or something of that nature but nothing on this test indicates that].

Thanks in advance!

These are only slightly out of range. plasma viscosity is a more reliable inflammatory marker than ESR, and if this is low then that is good news. Slightly high monocytes can be caused by an injury. Have you hurt yourself recently?

You say you have had stool test for IBD - do you know results and what symptoms are you experiencing? ie, loose stools, consistency (bristol stool scale), how often are you going to toilet, any blood/mucus, pain, fatigue etc - feel free to message me privately if you prefer x
