W5R2....

Started C25K six weeks ago and have done a couple of extra runs - am amazed that I have got this far, and have really enjoyed reading the blogs - helped keep me optimistic...however I just don't think I will be able to do W5R3...20 minutes of running....am thinking that I might do the W5R2 a couple more times? - I do keep reminding myself of how far I have come though!

I'm also facing W5R3 - in fact mine is tomorrow. Did you manage W5R2 ok? If yes, I would say have a go at Run 3. If Laura says we're ready, then who am I to argue!

Good luck to us both!

Will watch to see how you did - I've just done W5R2.... worst injury is a bruise to my lip where it got stuck in my trendy new water bottle! Felt such a wally.

But seriously - I never thought for a moment that I could run for 8 mins without stopping and without being extremely exhausted..... and I can - and you can so 20 mins is definitely achievable. Go for it - you too, Pam JK - I'm scheduled for Thursday, so will look out for your posts.

I did W1 three times, so actually started eight weeks ago...

I'm going to do W5R3 tonight as well and am really quite nervous. I did R2 without too much difficulty but it seems such a jump to do 20 mins!! Seems we all feel very much the same at this stage of the programme. I guess we just have to trust Laura and others who have succeeded before us and just "go for it". Good luck everyone.
