Quite a tough 2nd run in this one - the first 8 minutes felt surprisingly comfortable but the second dragged and dragged...the gap between the midpoint and Laura saying there were 60s to go felt like an absolute age...
There was a very cold wind that I think helped - you had to move to stay warm!
After trying to get over the shock of actually managing it, tomorrow I guess we have the big one - it is by far the biggest jump in running duration...I can't say I feel confident but I am shocked we both got this far and looking back the programme has worked so far.

Well done... I did my 20 minute run this morning. I was slow but I didn't quit. If i can do it you can do it. Take it slow and you will get to the finish.
Thanks for that! We are worried we aren't doing enough on our rest days...often nothing! What do you think would be best exercise for half an hour or so to build our muscles, particularly? They seemed really heavy at the end of the session....
We will try our best - half hoping that by the time I get ready to do it in 15 mins or so that the weather will make it impossible :/ But I know we really must crack on and give it a go!
I ran R2 of Wk5 today as well and I completely echo everything you said in your post. The last 4 minutes of run two was really tough! I just kept picking a landmark and focused on getting to it then picked the next one until eventually I completed the 8mins.
Good luck with R3 and look forward to reading your post to say you've smashed it! 👍
