I am a reluctant keep fitter. But my kids have been encouraging me to try this. Have done first 3 runs secretly. I am 58 and a couple of stone overweight. Amazingly for me I am enjoying it! Just need to work out how to listen to music and get the prompts. Not managed do far. I use Spotify - any tips?

Good morning and well done for starting, i found if i put the music on first and then started the c25k app it was fine, the talking and prompts cut in and the music faded and then the music carried on, good luck

If you start spotify and then use the split screen function, you will be able to have both running at once.

I’m running without music at the moment so can’t offer any advice but I’m sure this forum will provide you with all the answers you need.
