Best run ever

Went for my longest run so far 3.25km and in the rain however am suffering for it now with a stinking cold and solre throat despite wearing a coat and hat.

Trying to increase the distance each time so eventually I am running 5k or just over 3miles.

Gradual increase is the best way although sometimes it's hard to be patient. Hope you feel better soon.

Oh no. Sorry to hear you have a cold. Take care. Sometimes all you can do is stay in, stay warm and get better. Forget the running for a bit if need be.
