W9R1 - DONE

My first full 30 minutes of running, and I made it! I actually went out twice today because the first time I went, this morning, my New Year's dinner decided to violently disagree with me 5mins in, but I headed out again this afternoon and actually did it. God it was hard - the last few minutes were a killer! But very happy I actually had the determination to get out again the same day and try my hand at it anyway. Nothing will stop me from getting to that W9R3 finish line at the end of this week!

Well done, resolution...nothing beats that feeling of achievement when you complete one of the longer runs, especially in W9.

W9R3 for me in the morning, graduation here we come!!!

Omg! GOOD LUCK! Although at this point you probably won't need it, you'll be fab all on your own and luck be damned. Make sure you celebrate when you graduate!

What's your next move after that?

Thanks...the plan is for 3 months of consolidation runs, just nice and steady 5Ks, then when I feel ready, hopefully make the bridge to 10K.

Go You! Brilliant. You'll soon be a graduate, enjoy those 2 runs to get there.

Great job and start to the year. You got this... the drive is there, you’re focused and you’re doing the formally impossible run! 2 runs to that podium... love every step.
